I’ve a promaster camera for my high school photography class and I want to open the camera to put film in there, but I have no idea how to open my camera or even put the film in there. Can somebody please help me?

Answer:
pull the film rewind knob all the way up until the back clicks open Put the film in under the rewind knob and pull the film across and feed it into the spool on the other side. Advance the winder just enough to make sure the film has caught on the spindle. Close the back and advance the winder, click the shutter release, repeat until the counter says 1

Answer:
I would think your instructor would have a good handle on that.

I don't know what a promaster camera is based upon and which model, because sometimes while loading 35 mm film is similar, it differs from model to model when it comes to opening the cameras back and rewinding the film.

Note: The Promaster is a generic brand 35 mm camera that’s designed to use all the K-mount manual focus lenses made by Pentax.
